CBAM and Net Zero compliance,
run from one platform
and supported from Spain
across Europe
The Sustainability Cloud by LogicLadder covers CBAM for EU importers, CBAM reporting for suppliers outside the EU and Net Zero.
I&S Labha Solutions is your local partner for European partners (with focus on Spain and Germany). We work with the buyer through CBAM Importer and with its supplier through CBAM Exporter, and we handle supplier engagement, verifier and customs coordination locally.
Since 1 January 2026 CBAM is no longer a reporting exercise.
The definitive phase of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism applies to imports of iron and steel, cement, aluminium, fertilisers, electricity and hydrogen. Importers need verified embedded-emission data from every non-EU supplier, quarterly XML reports in the format set by the EU and a forecast of the certificate cost that now sits on the P&L. Suppliers in India and other third countries are being asked for product-level emissions they have never calculated.

The three solutions
One platform, three obligations.
EU Declarants (Importers)
Companies in Spain, Portugal or any EU member state importing CBAM goods from outside the EU.
Request CBAM data from all your suppliers with one click, follow the status of every supplier report, consolidate the data into the quarterly XML the EU requires and keep a full audit trail for accredited verifiers. The carbon-tax forecast shows what each import will cost in certificates, so purchasing can act before the invoice arrives.
- Supplier outreach and tracking with reminders and approval workflows
- Quarterly CBAM XML generation in the official EU format
- Assurance module for EU accredited verifier audits
- Carbon tax forecast per import and per supplier
- Analytics to spot carbon-intensive suppliers and start decarbonising the supply chain
Non-EU supplier (Exporters)
Manufacturers in India and other third countries supplying CBAM goods to EU customers, and EU importers who want their suppliers onboarded on the same platform.
Collect production data manually or through ERP, SCADA and IIoT integrations, calculate embedded emissions per product and process with the EU methodologies, and share quarterly reports with your EU importers in the format they need. The supplier portal handles precursors, and the assurance module prepares first- and third-party verification.
- Product- and process-level embedded emission calculation (bubble and process methods)
- Quarterly reports per shipment or invoice, shared with EU importers
- Supplier portal for precursor data
- Tracking of carbon taxes already paid along the supply chain
- Onboarding in India through I&S Labha's Greater Noida team
Why through I&S Labha
Software from LogicLadder, accountability from I&S Labha.
Buying a compliance platform is the easy part; the work is getting suppliers to fill it in, mapping CN codes correctly and knowing what to do when the emission factor is too high. I&S Labha combines the platform with a team on both sides of the supply chain: Zaragoza (Spain) for the importer, Greater Noida (India) for the supplier. Local partner Contract, invoicing and support handled from Spain, in Spanish, Portuguese, German or English.
- Local partner — Contract, invoicing and support handled from Spain, in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
- Dual-shore onboarding — Your Indian suppliers are onboarded by our team in India, in their time zone.
- From reporting to reduction — The same engineers who deliver our decarbonisation projects read your CBAM data and propose ways to lower the certificate bill.
- One accountable owner — One contact for the platform, the supplier chase and the audit preparation.

FAQ
Does CBAM apply to my company?
If you import iron and steel, cement, aluminium, fertilisers, electricity or hydrogen into the EU from a third country, yes. The exact list is defined by CN code; send us your codes and we confirm it.
What changed on 1 January 2026?
CBAM moved from the transitional reporting phase to the definitive phase, in which importers must report verified embedded emissions and purchase CBAM certificates for the goods they bring in. Deadlines for the first certificate purchases are set by the EU regulation and its implementing acts; we keep them updated in the onboarding pack.
Who do I contract with, I&S Labha or LogicLadder?
Your contract and invoicing are with I&S Labha; the software is The Sustainability Cloud by LogicLadder, hosted with GDPR-compliant data protection.
My supplier is in India and has never calculated emissions. What then?
That is the most common case. Our team in Greater Noida onboards the supplier on the CBAM Exporter module, helps map the production route and precursors and gets the first report out with them.
Is there a free plan?
The Sustainability Cloud publishes plans for importers starting at €0 with paid tiers by volume. We help you choose the tier that matches your import volume.
Does the software work in Spanish?
Support, onboarding and documentation from I&S Labha are in Spanish, Portuguese, German and English.
